About

ABOUT

Meet Traci Shuster

On Career Day in second grade, I dressed up as a teacher.  I was drawn to their leadership, their creativity, their support, and their stability.  As the years passed, I was in awe of their interchangeable ways to impart knowledge, skills, and wisdom.

Upon graduating college with a double degree, English and Secondary Education, I began my journey.  For over twenty years, in addition to teaching high school English, I have assisted hundreds of college applicants with the essay portion of their applications. From struggling writers to those who excelled, I quickly realized a common theme among them: the challenge of understanding what the application essays are asking and determining the type of responses the admissions officers are seeking.

As a calming, supportive, and experienced educator and professional, I help students connect the dots of who they are—past, present, and future—in a way that leads them to craft essays that truly personify their unique voices. Through our collaborative efforts, students write essays that authentically showcase their individuality.
